Here is what others are saying about the
WOMAN Activity Tracker & the 2008 WOMAN Challenge!

"I was excited to hear about the WOMAN Challenge. I love to walk and wanted to get toned up for the summer. My husband consented to do the Challenge with me. It has resulted in multiple benefits. We both feel much better. Muscles have been toned, some weight has disappeared and we have enjoyed great conversations and time alone as we walked. Thanks for helping us reclaim our lives."

"WWW GMDR A is made up of a group of women from over the country who, first of all, are, or have been, participating in Weight Watchers and try to talk to everyone and support each other daily. Through this we will keep each other moving - WE use the goose analogy where by flapping our wings we help the flock keep moving on to our goal of a healthy lifestyle."

Bonus Challenges

A Bonus Challenge is an opportunity for you to earn an extra point by completing an interactive activity. Sometimes the activity will be something you do at home and sometime it will be something you do on the Internet. Bonus Challenges are offered every 5 weeks beginning on August 3, 2008. There are a total of 8 Bonus Challenges offered throughout the WOMAN Activity Tracker and each is worth one point. If all the members of a team complete a Bonus Challenge, the team will get an extra point.
